Saverio Spontella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and innovation within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Innovation at Land O'Frost, Spontella is also a Board Member of the Chicagoland Food & Beverage Network. Previously, Spontella held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Mizkan America and served as Vice President of Marketing for North America Brands at Glanbia. With a strong background in global marketing and brand management at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Spontella has demonstrated expertise in driving brand growth and strategy. An MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Spontella also completed undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago.

Chicagoland Food & Beverage Network (www.chicagolandfood.org) is the region’s food and beverage cluster organization. We are charged with driving inclusive economic growth in the Chicagoland area by bringing together the local food & beverage industry to collaborate on opportunities in workforce development, food safety, innovation & technology, and business services. We believe that a growing, innovative food & beverage industry is vital to a prosperous Chicago metro area. We will help to unlock growth and innovation by providing a collaborative platform and network among food and beverage companies, service providers, government, academia, and a wide range of stakeholders.
