Diana Cortes

Diana Cortes is an experienced nutrition support specialist currently working at the Chicano Federation of San Diego County since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing case files for the Child Care Food Program, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with program regulations to meet children's nutrition needs. Prior to this role, Diana served as a nutrition site monitor for Panda Restaurant Group from October 2017 to April 2021 and held various positions at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, including shift team lead and team lead, from May 2015 to October 2017. Diana holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from San Diego City College, earned between 2015 and 2018.
