Holly West has extensive experience with Chick-fil-A, Inc. spanning from 1988 to the present, with a focus on restaurant operations and standards. In the current role as Manager of Restaurant Operations & Standards, responsibilities include training, content management, quality assurance, and coaching instructors. Past roles include Manager for Learning & Development and various managerial positions from 1988 to 2010. Holly West holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Auburn University Harbert College of Business, obtained between 2004 and 2006, and also attended Berry College from 1984 to 1988 and Tyler Junior College from 1984 to 1985.
