Alyssa Smart

Alyssa Smart possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and behavioral health sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Senior Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A in Murfreesboro, TN since October 2017, Alyssa oversees all Front of House operations, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Previous roles at Chick-fil-A include Front of House Director and entry-level Team Member and Shift Leader, showcasing a solid understanding of business operations from the ground up. Prior to this, Alyssa worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Bangor Counseling Center, supporting children aged 6-18 in achieving specific behavior goals. Alyssa holds a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Lee University.
