Ray Lara

Ray Lara currently serves as a Sr. Lead Advisor in Supply Chain Services at Chick-fil-A Supply, focusing on innovative solutions and collaboration with restaurants to enhance onboarding and optimize delivery processes for over 210 locations in North Texas. Previously, Ray was an L&D Specialist in the Talent Development Program at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, facilitating learning initiatives for more than 130 Operators and 400 Restaurant Leaders. Additionally, Ray held the position of Sr. Director of Culture & Development at Chick-fil-A Franchise, managing two restaurants with a combined annual sales volume of $13.5 million and a team of 225 members. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same institution.
