Kasey Dick

Kasey Dick has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Chick-fil-A in West Palm Beach since June 2015. In addition, Kasey has owned Castle Talent Strategy since 2018. Prior experience includes a role as the Director of Student Ministries at Community of Hope from August 2009 to June 2016. Kasey holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where studies were completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from the same institution, earned in 2009. Additionally, Kasey pursued studies in Missions at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010.
