Bridgit Dauer

Bridgit Dauer has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as the Director of People Systems at Chick-fil-A since July 2013, where responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members, as well as developing specific criteria for candidate selection. Prior to this, Bridgit worked as a Campaign Coordinator for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, focusing on volunteer recruitment and event promotion. Additionally, Bridgit held the position of Activities Manager at The Breakers, successfully transforming a struggling department into a profitable venture, and served as Camp Director for the City of West Palm Beach, where summer camp programs for young children were developed and managed.
