Andreas Kyprianou has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Training and Systems Implementation Consultant at Sage Software until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they held freelance business consulting roles in finance, operations, and HR. In 2013, they were a Human Resources Business Consultant at Northumbrian Water Group, where they led statistical analysis and data modeling processes. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Manager of Business Intelligence at Alexander Mann Solutions, leading a team in delivering management information for clients in the financial industry. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, they held two roles: VP of Talent Management and Talent Analytics from 2015 to 2016, and SVP and Head of EMEA Talent Practice from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Analytics Business Partner - International at Facebook, providing people insights to HR and business leaders. At Upfield, they held two roles: Global Head of People Reporting and Analytics from 2020 to 2021, and Global Head of Reporting and Analytics CoE from 2021 to present. Currently, they are the Senior Director of People Ops, Total Rewards, and Analytics at Preply, where they lead people operations and a Global Centre of People Excellence. Andreas has a strong track record of achieving business goals and transforming processes to drive data-informed decision making.

Andreas Kyprianou's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Durham University between the years 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (Merit) and graduated top of their class at the University of Nottingham in 2007. Andreas also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology, which they earned from the International College of Cyprus with a GPA of 3.94/4.0, graduating top of their class in 2006.
