Erick McReynolds

Erick McReynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erick'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the same company from July 2020 to November 2021. From October 2016 to June 2020, Erick was the Executive Director of the Midwest Region at Chick-fil-A. Erick also held the position of Director of the Service Team from October 2014 to October 2016 and Team Captain from October 2012 to October 2014. Erick started their career at Chick-fil-A as a Business Consultant in February 2007 and held that role until October 2012.

Before joining Chick-fil-A, Erick worked at Sprint as a Senior Business Analyst from June 2001 to January 2007. Erick started their professional journey at International Paper, where they served as a Sales Representative from June 1998 to June 2001.

Erick McReynolds attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the same field of study.
