Vice President Global Diversity, Equity And Inclusion at Johnson Controls

Marina Williams currently serves as the Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Johnson Controls since January 2023. Previously, Marina held the position of Global Director for Equity Programs at Google from January 2020 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on embedding equity in global employment practices. From January 2009 to January 2020, Marina worked at Lockheed Martin, initially as Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion, Equity & Compliance, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance workplace diversity. Earlier roles included the Director of Diversity and Inclusion & Equal Opportunity Programs at Lockheed Martin, managing diversity efforts for a large workforce, and Vice President of Diversity at Lear Corporation, where a multifaceted diversity strategy was implemented. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Arts from Hampton University and an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
