Joe Cappo

Joe Cappo has extensive experience in the food service and education sectors, currently serving as Field Talent Staff at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since September 2023. From December 2016, Joe held multiple roles within Chick-fil-A-Franchise, including Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Front of House Director. Joe's previous experience includes a position as a Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company and Front Desk Staff at Louisiana Tech University. Prior roles also featured employment as a Grocery Cashier at Brookshire Grocery Company. Joe boasts an educational background in English Language and Literature, earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe and Louisiana Tech University, and also completed studies in Secondary English Education.
