Kelly Parnell

Kelly Parnell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sr. Learning Experience Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, where responsibilities include leading the Fundamentals Experience training program for newly selected Operators. Previous roles at Chick-fil-A have involved leading the Food Truck Program and managing various licensing-specific projects, as well as supervising grand openings and interim management for company-operated restaurants. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Kelly Parnell worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools, teaching Geometry, AFDA, and Trigonometry, while also serving as the head coach for the JV and Freshman Girl's Volleyball teams. Kelly Parnell began career experience in the restaurant industry as an Assistant Manager at Chick-fil-A Mechanicsville. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Teacher Education, both from Virginia Tech.
