Kristen Pisani Roberson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kristen Pisani started their career as a Veterinary Assistant at Floyd Harbor Animal Hospital in 2012. Later, they worked as a Student Worker at The University of Georgia Teaching Dairy Farm, where they were responsible for milking procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and calf management. In 2018, they worked as a Student Worker at Double Bridges Beef and Sheep at The University of Georgia, where they provided nutrition to cattle and sheep and performed farm management techniques. Kristen then moved on to roles as a Student Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant at The University of Georgia, where they gained experience in research studies, writing research publications, teaching courses, and managing undergraduate assistants. Kristen Pisani also worked as a Farm Educator and Animal Science Specialist at Cornell University Cooperative Extension, teaching educational programs and assisting with professional development in animal science. Most recently, they worked as a Clinical Research Biologist at Boehringer Ingelheim, and they are currently a Project Lead - Restaurant Food Safety at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center.
Kristen Pisani Roberson holds a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences at The University of Georgia from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kristen has acquired additional certifications including Bovine Artificial Insemination from ABS Global in October 2021 and BQA Cow-Calf Certification from the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion & Research Board in January 2019.
