Lauren Acuff has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Lauren began their career as a Consultant at BTS, where they customized simulation experiences and facilitated workshops for executive-level audiences. Lauren then worked as a Counselor at the University of Alabama Women's Resource Center, providing crisis counseling services. Lauren also worked at the University of Alabama, serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Lab Coordinator, as well as a Program Specialist in the School of Law. Lauren later joined Bradford Health Services as a Counselor, providing counseling services in substance abuse treatment. Lauren then took on various roles at Performex, a management and leadership consulting firm, where they conducted market research and made recommendations on leadership and management trends. Lauren also worked at Pathbuilders, Inc. as a Pathbuilders Percepta Mentee, participating in a group mentoring program for women. Prior to their current role, Lauren worked at RaceTrac Petroleum, where they held positions such as Manager of Talent Development and Manager of Learning. Lauren then joined Cox Automotive Inc. as a Senior Manager Talent and Manager Talent and Engagement. Most recently, Lauren worked at Intuit Mailchimp as the Director of People Strategy and Change Management. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Talent Partner at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center.

Lauren Acuff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, studying from 2003 to 2007. Lauren then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Alabama, where they attended from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Lauren Acuff also earned a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership from the University of Georgia - Institute for Leadership Advancement. This certificate was obtained during their time at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2005 to 2007.

Furthermore, Lauren Acuff holds certifications in their field. Lauren is a National Certified Counselor, which was granted to their by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. in July 2013.
