Lynette Eaddy Smith

Lynette Smith serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Chick-fil-A, Inc. since June 2012, after a notable tenure at Troutman Sanders LLP, where Lynette held roles as Litigation Partner and Litigation Associate from August 1997 to May 2012. Lynette obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law between 1992 and 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Lynette is currently pursuing the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education, ongoing since 2019.
