Mandy Psiaki

Mandy Psiaki has extensive experience in operations and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations for Company Operated Restaurants at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since January 2012. Mandy has led the strategy for these restaurants and been responsible for the development of Chick-fil-A's premiere development program for high-performing leaders. Prior roles at Chick-fil-A include Manager of Trainer Resourcing and Manager of Specialized Training. Mandy's earlier career includes significant experience with the US Army, where roles encompassed Assistant Executive Officer, Budget Officer, and Managing Disbursing Agent. Mandy holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
