Melissa Rodriguez

Melissa Rodriguez has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Chick-fil-A Restaurants since January 2018, progressing from Team Member to Heart of House Director and Front of House Director. Additionally, Melissa serves as Field Talent Staff at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since October 2022. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in May 2022, and also completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Houston in May 2019.
