Meyer Skalak

Meyer Skalak is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Executive Director of Supply Chain at Chick-fil-A Corporate since 2001, where leadership encompasses a $10 billion restaurant chain. Previously held roles at Chick-fil-A include Senior Director of Purchasing and Director of Purchasing, responsible for chain-wide procurement and supply chain strategy with considerable spend under management. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Meyer Skalak was a Financial Division Manager at Allstate Insurance from 1988 to 2001, overseeing business analysis, planning, and management reporting for a multi-billion dollar Southeast region. Meyer Skalak's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016, a BS in Business from Georgia Institute of Technology (1983-1988), and an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
