Michelle Rogers

Michelle Rogers possesses a robust background in talent development and training within the restaurant industry. At Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since August 2019, Michelle has held roles in the Talent Development Program and as Field Talent Staff. Prior experience at Chick-fil-A Restaurants from March 2017 to December 2022 includes positions as Training Consultant, Director, and Talent Manager. Additionally, Michelle served as Guest Services Director at City Church Tallahassee from September 2019 to March 2020. Michelle Rogers earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University, completing the program in 2018.
