Rebecca Lynch has extensive experience in the field of public relations. Rebecca began their career as a Junior Writer for The Leeds Guide Magazine in 2006. Rebecca then worked as a Public Relations Account Executive at Format Designs, where they handled various B2C and B2B clients. Following this, Lynch joined Clearsilver Brand Marketing Ltd. as a Public Relations Senior Account Executive, working on key international brands in the fine food, hair, and retail sectors. Rebecca then joined Lucre as a Public Relations Account Manager, where they worked with well-respected brands such as Hallmark Cards and Jet2. Com.

In 2011, Lynch became a Public Relations Senior Account Executive at Erwin Penland, where they managed public relations activities for various clients, including Denny's and Hanesbrands' Barely There. Rebecca then joined EP+Co, where they held several positions, including Public Relations Account Executive and Director of Communications. In these roles, they managed internal and external communications, served as a spokesperson and media contact for the agency, and oversaw social media and website strategy.

Currently, Lynch is working at the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as a Sr. Lead Advisor in Brand Public Relations. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Principal Program Lead in the same department.

Rebecca Lynch attended The University of Leeds from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
