Chelsea Kimball

Chelsea Kimball, J.D., currently serves as an Investigator for the US Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include evaluating complaints and drafting related documents concerning potential violations of HIPAA and civil rights regulations. Previous experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at Saidel Law, LLC, and the Delaware Law School Veterans Law Clinic, where Chelsea provided legal research, analyzed decisions related to veteran’s benefits, and represented low-income veterans. Additional internships include positions at Glenmede and various law firms, where Chelsea contributed to legal documentation and research across multiple areas of law. Chelsea holds a Doctor of Law degree from Delaware Law School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Saint Joseph's University.
