Sarwat Elledge

Sarwat Elledge, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Aviation Training Consulting from 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the HR Manager at Field Aviation. Sarwat's longest tenure was at Dobson Technologies, where they worked from 2008 to 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. Sarwat was responsible for executing HR support and services for various departments and played a role in talent acquisition and employee relations. Before that, they held the position of Employee Relations and Organizational Development Director at Chickasaw Nations Industries, where they contributed to the growth of the HR department and provided support to senior leadership and employees. Sarwat started their career at Baylor Scott & White Health as a Northern Region Senior HR Representative from 2001 to 2004.

Sarwat Elledge holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which was obtained from Southern Nazarene University between 1996 and 1998. Sarwat further pursued their education at Oklahoma Christian University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from 2003 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Sarwat Elledge obtained the Professional Human Resources Certification from HRCI in May 2007. Sarwat also recently earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in September 2022.
