Annmarie Kaspy possesses extensive management experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Chicken Salad Chick since July 2018, Annmarie oversees daily operations and conducts weekly inventories to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Annmarie worked as Assistant General Manager at The Chagrin Valley Hunt Club from February 1990 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing Food & Beverage operations and handling membership inquiries. Earlier career experience includes serving as Dining Room/Office Manager at Brown Derby from 1979 to 1988, where daily operations were effectively executed. Annmarie has a foundational education from The University of Akron and Ellet High School.

What started as a small takeout restaurant has quickly grown through the Southeast. Approximately 75% of Chicken Salad Chick locations are franchised with the remaining 25% being company owned.
