Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin Smith is an accomplished professional with a strong background in marketing and catering management. Currently serving as the Director of Catering at Chicken Salad Chick since April 2022, Kaitlin has developed expertise in the catering sector. Prior experience includes multiple roles as a Showroom Consultant at Ferguson Enterprises between June 2011 and April 2022, where skills in customer service and sales were honed. Kaitlin also gained valuable experience as a Student Assistant at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University from August 2009 to July 2011, and held internships at MERRILL LYNCH and @properties during the summer of 2010. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Texas Tech University in 2011.
