Stephanie Morstatter

Stephanie Morstatter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event services and catering. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Event Services and Catering at Illinois State University since April 2017, Stephanie previously held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Marriott Hotel from May 2009 to March 2017, where responsibilities included developing sales action plans and enhancing revenue strategies. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Director of Catering, focusing on staff leadership and driving catering revenues. Earlier in her career, Stephanie was a teacher at Georgetowne Middle School, instructing in Physical Education, Health, Language Arts, and Social Studies, while also coaching volleyball and softball. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Eureka College.
