Maureen McFerson

Maureen McFerson is a seasoned professional in the food science industry, currently serving as a Multi-Unit Franchisee at Chicken Salad Chick since June 2022 and as the Owner of Mile Hi McChick LLC since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Maureen held the position of Senior Manager of R&D and Quality at Ascent Protein from April 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading product development for an innovation pipeline. Maureen's extensive experience at Leprino Foods spanned nearly a decade, during which time Maureen progressed from Research and Development Intern to Senior Technical Manager, focusing on market strategies and customer training. Maureen holds a Master of Science in Food Science from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Washington State University.
