Scott Hillard

Scott Hillard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Scott is currently the President/CEO of Chico Sports Club, where they have been since January 2022. As the Vice President/COO of the same company from January 2018 to February 2022, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including team management, daily operations, member experiences, profitability, and marketing.

Prior to their current role, Scott held various positions at Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA. Scott was the National Dealer Strategy Manager from January 2017 to January 2018, the Regional Business Manager from June 2009 to January 2017, and the District Sales Manager from January 2001 to June 2009.

Before joining Yamaha, Scott worked as a Sales Representative at Salomon North America from September 1994 to August 1997. Scott also gained experience as an Assistant Manager/Buyer at Ski Pro from September 1991 to October 1994.

Scott Hillard attended Arizona State University from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a general engineering field of study. Later, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on business administration. Scott also holds additional certifications, including the Certified Pool and Spa Operator Certification from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, obtained in 2021, and the Preventing Workplace Harassment certification from Emtrain.
