Kirsten Bowen rejoined White House Black Market in September 2019 as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Design. Prior to rejoining the company, she held the role of Executive Vice President at JackRabbit (specialty running brand) where she led merchandising, digital commerce, marketing and planning from 2015 through August 2019. Ms. Bowen has held various leadership roles over the past 25 years in merchandising at Anthropologie, Express and Holt Renfrew, the premier Canadian luxury retailer.

Ms. Bowen is a visionary omni-channel executive and brand developer with a successful track record of more than three decades of re-inventing existing brands, business turnarounds, identifying new business initiatives and driving long term sales and profit growth across all customer touch points. She assembles high performing teams focused on delivering consistent growth and shareholder value.

Ms. Bowen holds Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Ryerson University in Toronto.
