Amanda Hughes

Amanda Hughes is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer and Group Head of Culture, Performance & Reward at QBE Insurance. Previously, Amanda held various leadership roles at AMP, including Director of People, Director of People, Performance and Policy, and Director of Performance & Reward. Additional experience includes serving as Head of HR for Group Functions at Lendlease and as Global Head of Reward at Macquarie Group Limited. Amanda is also a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW).
