Melanie Fernandez has extensive work experience in various roles in the policy, advocacy, and research sector. Melanie is currently serving as the Director of Policy, Advocacy, and Research at Chief Executive Women (CEW) since November 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS) from September 2016 to October 2019.
