Vanessa Sullivan is a seasoned governance professional with extensive experience in non-executive director roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at AGL Australia and Port of Townsville Limited, Vanessa also chairs the Safety and Sustainability Committee at AGL and the Audit and Risk Committee at Port of Townsville. In addition, Vanessa contributes as Chair of Centacare Brisbane, focusing on disability support and family services. With prior experience at Essential Energy and SunWater, Vanessa has held leadership roles in safety, audit, and risk committees. Vanessa is also a member of Chief Executive Women and has been active on the Qld Govt Hydrogen Taskforce, providing expertise in sustainability and energy. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.
