Claudio Matone is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Bem Promotora since September 2017, Claudio previously held multiple key roles at Azion, including Head of Compensation & Engagement and Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and alignment with executive leadership. Claudio co-founded Canal Café, the first container café in Brazil, and directed two beauty salons, successfully managing over 100 employees. Educational qualifications include multiple MBAs with a focus on Administration and Entrepreneurship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and advanced training from the Disney Institute.
