Sarah Hanley

Sarah Hanley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and education. Currently serving as a member of the Chief of Staff Network since September 2022, Sarah has been instrumental in driving company-wide execution and planning as the Strategy & Planning Director and Chief of Staff at Vimly Benefit Solutions since July 2019. Prior roles include Program Manager for HR & People Operations at The Spur Group and Regional Director at General Assembly, where Sarah managed campus operations and educational programs. With a BA in Human Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a TESOL Certificate from Payap University, Sarah's expertise includes employee experience management, strategic leadership, and change management, complemented by extensive experience in international education and customer success management.
