Dr. Carl Henson currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Sales Officer at Chief Outsiders, leading efforts to aid CEOs in identifying necessary fractional executive talent for growth. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MarZeka Consulting, Dr. Henson directs the integration of AI with marketing and sales strategies to advance businesses into the Fourth Industrial Revolution. A longstanding member of Vistage Worldwide, Dr. Henson engages with fellow CEOs to enhance decision-making and drive results. Previously, Dr. Henson was the Chief Marketing Officer at MAU Workforce Solutions, overseeing marketing strategy and execution, and held various roles within the organization, including Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development. With a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Florida, Dr. Henson possesses a strong educational background complemented by additional degrees in Business and Marketing.
