Dr James Kinch Fciarb

Dr. James Kinch FCIArb is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Specialist Principal Solicitor at the Chief State Solicitor's Office since May 2016, providing advisory services to the Office of Government Procurement and Central Government. Previously, Dr. Kinch held the position of Specialist State Solicitor Higher at Dublin City Council from May 2004 to May 2016. Dr. Kinch earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from Trinity College Dublin and has pursued further legal education at the Pallas Consortium, University of Nijmegen in The Netherlands, along with qualifications from the Law Society of Ireland.
