Catherine Codispoti

Catherine Codispoti is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Mercy and as a Board Member at COCA - Center of Creative Arts, Catherine also contributes to Wofford College as a member of the Board of Trustees and the Alumni Association. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Children's National Hospital and various leadership positions at Texas Children's Hospital. Catherine's educational background includes a Master of Health Administration and Policy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Wofford College. Additionally, Catherine is a founding member of Chief and has been involved in several professional organizations, including the Board of Directors for Texans Care for Children.
