Crystal Golightly

Crystal Golightly currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience & Operations at ARInsights, a position held since September 2011, where responsibilities include identifying and consulting with prospects on business objectives and supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Crystal also contributes as a Training and Implementation Specialist at Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women in leadership, and holds a board member position at the Institute of Influencer & Analyst Relations. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Operations Manager at Pipeline and Sales Assistant at Robeco, along with an executive assistant position at Victory Capital. Crystal earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from The City College of New York and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with a focus on Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of San Francisco.
