Dana Arnold

Dana Arnold is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since April 2024, Dana is dedicated to empowering women in executive positions. As Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director of Austin at Hiebing, a recognized integrated brand development agency, Dana has significantly contributed to its award-winning success since 2010. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes founding Big Kitchen, a marketing resource for food-related businesses. Dana's career also encompasses high-level positions at Olson Communications, Soapbox PR, Inc., and The Lavidge Company, alongside leadership in the Phoenix PRSA chapter. Dana holds a BA in Communications from John Carroll University.
