Felicia Sanders, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Member at Chief. Previously, Felicia held the position of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Michelin, where Felicia also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Plant Manager. At International Paper, Felicia worked as Growth Strategy Manager, General Manager, and Strategic Business Analyst. Felicia's career began at FMC Corporation as a Product Manager. Felicia earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Columbia Business School and completed additional education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in October 2021.
