Heather Craft

Heather Craft is an accomplished leader in the communications and public relations industry, currently serving as CEO of Hotwire North America since November 2016. In this role, Heather also holds the title of Co-President for North America and leads B2B efforts as EVP. Heather's expertise includes strategic planning, account operations, and the execution of impactful communication initiatives, particularly during tenure at MSLGROUP, where as Senior Vice President, strategic communication efforts were directed for PayPal, a key client. Prior positions at PPR Worldwide and Schwartz MSL showcased Heather's ability to manage integrated communications programs and develop successful PR strategies for a range of technology clients. Heather is also a founding member of Chief, contributing to the advancement of women in leadership. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Chico.
