Jenn Wickman

Jenn (Jennifer) Wickman has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various technology companies. Currently a member of Chief since February 2022, Jenn has previously served as Executive Program Director and Chief of Staff at 1upHealth, where strategic development and business operations were key responsibilities. As Chief Operating Officer at VMS Software and 21st Century Software, Jenn facilitated business collaboration and managed teams to achieve operational efficiencies. Prior roles include leading technical documentation teams at Pegasystems and Rocket Software, where Jenn improved documentation quality and team efficiency. Jenn began the professional journey in technical writing at IBM, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English from the University of Alberta.
