Jennifer Goodman Horowitz

Jennifer Goodman Horowitz is the President of Horowitz Marketing Communications, focusing on a wide range of services including content marketing and executive thought leadership since March 2022. As a Founding Member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership, Jennifer has contributed to initiatives aimed at empowering women leaders. Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at CGI, where significant departmental expansion occurred, and as Director of Marketing & Communications at Xerox Federal Solutions, managing various marketing initiatives. With earlier roles at Global Dynamics, FTI Consulting, CorpComm, Ketchum, WHITE64, and the WAP Forum, Jennifer has built extensive expertise in communications, media relations, and strategic marketing, supported by a BA in Public Communications & Cross-Cultural Communications from American University.
