Jila Bahri-Esfahani

Jila Bahri-Esfahani currently serves as the Regional Director and Head of Business Consulting at BJSS, with additional responsibilities as Head of Organisation Transformation & Change. Since March 2024, Jila has been a Board Member of the Management Consultancies Association and a Founding Member of Chief, a private network aimed at promoting women into leadership roles. Jila has also contributed as a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows from October 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Deloitte and Capgemini Invent, as well as positions at Hachette UK. Jila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
