Karen Arnold

Karen Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Automattic since February 2012, currently serving as Global Vice President of Talent. In addition, Karen is a member of Chief since August 2023 and has a background as Principal, Consultant, Webmaster, and Designer at K Design from January 2006 to February 2012, specializing in WordPress website services for small businesses. Educational qualifications include a BA in Theology and Philosophy from the University of Sioux Falls, ongoing studies at altMBA, as well as an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Bethany Lutheran College.
