Keetha Mills

Keetha Mills is an accomplished executive currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation for California Community Colleges since September 2008. Additionally, Keetha serves as a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership. Previously held the position of Controller at Hines from 2007 to 2008, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Planned Parenthood of Houston and Southeast Texas from August 2005 to May 2007. Keetha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Lee College.
