Kristin Graybill

Kristin Graybill is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in commercial strategy and brand management. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Manufacturers Alliance since 2016, Kristin has been instrumental in leading sales, public relations, and marketing initiatives. As a co-founder and business strategist at One Kiln Marketing from 2018 to 2023 and a member of Chief since June 2022, Kristin has further solidified expertise in business strategy and leadership. Previous roles include Director of Digital Marketing at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where Kristin executed a comprehensive digital strategy for government and healthcare units, and Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy at ConnellyWorks, Inc., where significant rebranding efforts were led. Kristin's career began with roles in congressional affairs and international affairs at the U.S. Navy and the EPA. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Allegheny College and a certificate in Brand Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
