Kristina Weber

Kristina Weber is a highly experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and customer engagement, currently serving as Managing Partner and Global Account Director at SAP since June 2014. In various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for RISE EMEA North and Co-Lead of the CEO Customer Office, Kristina drives strategic customer engagements for CEO Christian Klein across Europe, APJ, and Greater China. Kristina specializes in SAP HR Cloud solutions, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. In February 2022, Kristina became a Founding Member of Chief in the UK, an organization aimed at empowering women in executive positions.
