Laura Gillespie

Laura Gillespie is a seasoned legal and health advocacy professional with extensive experience in women's health initiatives. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since May 2023, Laura previously held the position of Vice President for Women’s Health Initiatives at Hologic, Inc., where leadership involved global partnerships and prioritizing women’s health through projects such as the Hologic Global Women’s Health Index. Other roles include Senior Director of Global Health Advocacy at Hologic, Senior Employment Counsel overseeing U.S. legal matters, and involvement as a Fellow at the World Economic Forum, where Laura led initiatives in family planning and healthcare solutions. Laura’s legal career encompasses positions as Counsel at Third Wave Technologies, Associate Attorney at VavRosky MacColl Olson, and employment-related legal roles at Fisher Phillips.
