Laura Jaekle

Laura Jaekle is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in technology and corporate sales. Currently serving as Global Operator in Residence at Confluent since October 2020, Laura plays a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy. Previous positions include Area Vice President and Director of Commercial Sales at Confluent, where numerous awards were earned, including Global MVP in Q1 2021. Laura held the role of Regional Director of Corporate Sales at MongoDB, achieving significant milestones during the company's IPO. Additional roles include Director of Sales at Bound and Managing Director positions at Meltwater, where Laura was part of the founding management team. Early career experience includes roles at LVMH, where Laura managed relationships with luxury brands. Laura holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
