Libby Demeo

Libby DeMeo currently serves as the COO of The Erik E. and Edith H. Bergstrom Foundation and as a Senior Business Consultant and Executive Coach at The DeMeo Group since January 2022. Additionally, Libby is a Founding Member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President at The Segal Group, and COO at Benz Communications, an employee communications agency. Libby has extensive consulting experience at The DeMeo Group and held leadership positions at SolutionSet, where operational efficiency and integration were primary focuses. Libby holds a BA in Organizational Studies from Scripps College and an Executive Certificate in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
